The operator respects copyright and responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar laws. This page explains how to submit a notice, and what happens next.

1. Notifications

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@x402compute.cc that includes:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its location on this site, with enough detail for us to find it
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
  • your physical or electronic signature

2. Response

Complete notices are processed promptly. Material that is subject to a valid notice is removed or disabled, and the uploader, where one exists, is notified.

3. Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing:

  • identification of the removed material and where it appeared
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification
  • your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of a court in the operator's jurisdiction if applicable, or your local equivalent
  • your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, and at the operator's discretion, repeat infringers lose access to the service.

5. Misrepresentation

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under applicable law.
