Terms of Service

Last updated 7 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the website and waitlist for Singularity Clusters, also called Tokenised Compute Markets, operated by Singularity Layer (EventHorizon Labs). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them.

1. The agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator. They take effect when you first use the site, open the signup dialog, or join the waitlist. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is informational and is offered before the product described on it exists. References to clusters, tokens, payouts and markets describe a planned product and are not promises of delivery, timing, or performance.

2. What the service is today

Today the service consists of this website, its informational pages, and an early signup (waitlist) that records an email address and a queue position. There is no account system, no deposits, no trading, and no tokens issued through this site.

When the product launches it will have its own terms. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side: you are not required to use the product, and the operator is not required to launch it, in any form or order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use the service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where cryptoasset products or this service are prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions that restrict your use of it.

You are responsible for knowing whether the service is lawful for you to use. This site is not directed at persons in restricted jurisdictions, and no offer of any kind is made to them.

4. Your waitlist entry

You must provide an email address you control. One entry per person; automated, duplicate, or abusive entries may be removed without notice, and queue positions derived from removed entries are void.

Queue positions and referral codes are produced by the site for the waitlist only. They are not property, carry no economic value, cannot be sold or transferred, and confer no right to any token, allocation, or discount.

You can leave the waitlist at any time by contacting legal@x402compute.cc, which deletes your entry as described in the privacy policy.

5. No financial products and no advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any asset, token, or security.

The product described involves cryptoassets and on-chain markets. Those markets are volatile and can lose all value. If and when tokens become available, acquiring them is a decision you make alone, at your own risk, and you should take your own professional advice first.

6. Tokens and third-party systems

The planned product depends on systems the operator does not own or control, including third-party launch infrastructure (such as Doppler), blockchains (such as Solana and Base), and the machines of independent node operators.

Smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited. Blockchains can halt, reorganise, or change. Operators can go offline. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by these systems, by market moves, or by the conduct of third parties.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Without limiting that, you will not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or other visitors' data
  • interfere with the waitlist, including by automating signups or gaming referral mechanics
  • use the service for unlawful purposes, or in connection with infringing, malicious, or deceptive content
  • scrape, harvest, or mine the site in a way that degrades it for others
  • misrepresent your identity, jurisdiction, or affiliation

8. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, graphics, and code are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The name Singularity and associated marks belong to their owners.

You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs written permission.

9. Third-party links

The site links to external resources such as GitHub repositories, documentation, and third-party protocols. Those are provided for context only. The operator does not control them, does not endorse their contents, and is not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

The operator does not promise the site will be available at any time, or that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service, which is currently zero, or the minimum required by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and hold the operator harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

13. Changes

The operator can change these terms as the product develops, for example at launch. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above, and continued use after changes take effect means acceptance. The waitlist will be notified of launch-time terms by email.

The service can be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including before launch, without liability.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes fall to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the courts of your residence.
