Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
This policy explains what the Singularity Clusters, also called Tokenised Compute Markets site collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: an email address if you join the waitlist, local storage on your device, and nothing sold to anyone.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for the data described here is Singularity Layer (EventHorizon Labs). You can reach the operator at legal@x402compute.cc for anything privacy related, including deletion requests.
2. What is collected
The site is deliberately small in what it asks for. Depending on how you use it:
- Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist: the address you submit, a queue position, and a referral code derived from it. Stored so we can email you when launch waves open.
- Referral data. If you arrive via a referral link, the referral code in that link, so signups can be attributed to the person who shared it.
- Consent record. Your cookie choice and its timestamp, so the site stops asking once you have answered.
- Local storage. Waitlist position and preferences are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
- Server logs. Standard web server logs, such as request time, page, and IP address, kept short for security and abuse prevention.
- On-chain data. If you later interact with the on-chain product directly, that data is public blockchain data. It is not covered by this policy, because blockchains are immutable and outside the operator's control.
3. How it is used
Your email is never used to send marketing you did not ask for, and is not shared with advertisers. Waitlist emails are about the waitlist and the launch.
- to open launch waves in list order and tell you when yours opens
- to attribute referrals and honour queue moves earned through them
- to keep the site working, rate limit abuse, and diagnose faults
- to meet legal obligations
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies: the waitlist email is processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form and withdrawable at any time. Server logs and security processing rest on legitimate interest in operating a safe site.
5. Sharing
Data is not sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with processors that run the site for the operator, such as hosting and email delivery providers, under contracts that restrict their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires it.
If a third party acquires the waitlist as part of a transaction, data may transfer with it, and you will be notified.
6. International transfers
The operator and its processors are in different countries. Where personal data leaves your region, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Waitlist data is kept until you ask for deletion or the project ends. Server logs are kept for a short operational window. Consent records are kept until the consent is withdrawn plus a short grace period. Where law requires longer retention, that law wins.
8. Your rights
Where applicable law grants them, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Emailing legal@x402compute.cc is enough; no special form is needed. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Deleting your waitlist entry removes your email, position, and referral attribution. On-chain data, if you ever created any, cannot be deleted by anyone.
9. Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and no data is knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child submitted data, contact legal@x402compute.cc and it will be deleted.
10. Changes
This policy can change as the product develops, for example at launch when new features need new data. The date above updates with every change, and material changes are announced on the site.
