Risk Disclosure

Last updated 7 October 2026

Singularity Clusters, also called Tokenised Compute Markets describes a product built on cryptoassets, on-chain markets, and independently operated hardware. All three can fail, and money put into them can be lost entirely. Read this before joining the waitlist, and again before launch.

1. The general warning

Cryptoassets are high risk. Markets for them are volatile and largely unregulated, and the protections that exist in regulated finance mostly do not exist here. You should not commit money you cannot afford to lose in full, and you should assume that a total loss is a possible outcome.

2. Not advice

Nothing on this site, in the waitlist emails, or in the product documentation is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. It is a description of a mechanism. It does not consider your situation, and it is not a recommendation to acquire anything.

3. Token risk

A cluster token can fall to zero. Liquidity can thin out or vanish, and the price you see may not be the price you can get. New tokens are especially exposed to sharp moves, thin order books, and coordinated behaviour by other market participants.

4. Smart contract and protocol risk

The mechanism runs on third-party software: launch infrastructure such as Doppler, blockchains such as Solana and Base, and distributor contracts. Software of this kind can contain bugs, be exploited, or behave unexpectedly under edge conditions. An exploit or failure in any layer can strand or destroy value, and no audit eliminates this risk.

Upgrades, migrations, or discontinuations in third-party protocols can also change the mechanism after launch, in ways the operator cannot control.

5. Operator earnings risk

Payouts to node operators come from trading fees on the cluster token, weighted by work actually served. If the token does not trade, or the cluster does not serve work, payouts are zero. There is no minimum earnings, no salary, and no floor. Estimates, if ever shown, are illustrative and not forecasts.

6. Regulatory risk

The law around cryptoassets is unsettled and changing. Tokens of this kind may come to be treated as securities or other regulated instruments in some jurisdictions, which could restrict, delay, or end the product in those places, and could affect the value and liquidity of any token already issued.

7. Hardware and operational risk

Running compute nodes involves real machines: power, connectivity, hardware failure, maintenance, and downtime. In related Singularity products, stake can be slashed for proven tampering. Earnings can be interrupted by any of these, and the operator of the site is not responsible for your machines or your costs.

8. No representations

The operator makes no representation about future returns, token performance, fee volumes, or product availability. Anything forward looking on this site is a plan, not a promise, and actual results may differ materially.

9. Get your own advice

Before acquiring any cryptoasset or committing hardware to a cluster, consider taking independent advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Questions about this disclosure: legal@x402compute.cc.
